Ouch…steep discount and no real interest from large holders, sophs & instos the $800k won’t go far, no real confidence shown from management either to fully subscribe. Can’t expect that retail holders will tip much in certainly not $4M, so at least dilution should be minimal and not the massive amount on offer. With SP trading a pip above offer price and massive dilution on its way if SPP is taken up in full = not a winning formula for a raise.

Needs a big cash upfront from somewhere soon or this will barely service the loans and a few weeks running costs.
