Board and Management - the performance bonuses to Andrew were absurd - the release of the investor presentation that contained fields with random letters and numbers (that were meant to serve as a prompt to be populated) was another example of sloppy QA and attention to detail.
Company on shaky ground as to whether it is around in 5 months, let alone 5 years... no use using that $800k to pay staff and further contracts and reach if we aren't going to be around to realise the income... hit pause - get rid of Andrew and partner with a company that can fund continuation of products and service.
