I agree with @onmyway.. - very poor form for Iain and Co to be adding new shares at a heavy discount when he banged on about trying to improve the SP as a matter of priority.

The confidence would have remained with just the $1.54m - $90k is immaterial for operations and likely to be required if they plan on imminent income. All this appears to be is another opportunity to line their pockets from their seats of power and influence - and of course it will be approved, as the substantial shareholders raising at 2.1c have had their back scratched by Iain.

They could have at least raised that $90k at the current SP of 2.7c.

More than a little disgruntled at the lack of respect to those of us at the bottom end. And they must have known how the optics would look and just not cared - or may believe that we will forget when we start to see the SP rise.
