from memory last raise was at around 15c. bct taking advantage of the high.
i dont see why they would do things differently.
happy to be corrected but my maths says they have more than sufficient cash to see through the next 6 months up to a fuji outcome.
all of which is to say i think buying now a good strategy. i am already pretty heavy otherwise would happily top up.
