Now you'll all say that isn't possible, but don't forget that we produce our fuel cells at a plant in Heinsberg, NRW!! Cfu should get the lion's share so long as they can raise production volumes!! Like all good subsidies there will be a set of criteria that, while appearing objective and neutral, will favour the locally made product!
