    Isn't the real issue the cash cost of the unit. I am sure we have massive historical R&D expenses that continue to be amotised against production. If we are cash positive on the units, the business can grow. Accounting profits while important aren't the main game here.

    We need to generate more cash than we spend. I don't care about sunk costs.
