I bet they have BIG grid problems with their fast growth "but also that it presents a sort of "greenfield" opportunity. The city is young - only established 36 years ago from reclaimed land- and growing fast, now the 8th largest city in the Netherlands with 193,000 residents and 14,500 businesses. The planned urban development there is to create an additional 60,000 homes and 100,000 jobs which will strengthen the Amsterdam region."
