Rockme, BSL SP has always been impacted by the cyclical nature of the steel business .Yahoo Finance charts for last year show BSL up 4.6% , US steel down 15%.So I don't see a management induced decline in SP , maybe better dividends would help.Wish I bought and sold on the SP swings during the last year. Must admit I don't understand PEG analysis , not an analyst. BSL has traditionally been conservative in outlook .It also has done a lot of work on surviving the bottom of the steel cycle and thriving at the top.Importantly debt is well in control. Personally , I don't like seeing buybacks , prefer greater investing in the future "green steel". Looking what steel companies and large iron ore suppliers are doing around the world , the future appears acceleration to electric arc furnaces powered by renewables and fed with scrap and HBI (fueled by hydrogen). Note HBI can be shipped , directed reduced iron is too volatile to transport .
