PEG should equal 1 i.e. p/e x growth = 1 , if its growing by 1% p/e should be 1 if growth is 17% p/e should be 17 pretty simple, this is a very inefficient business, they have managers coming out of there arses, if this co. was handed over to Bain or McKinsey 50% of their managers would be gone and you wouldn't they were there
