Has anyone heard what happened with the ACCC hearings that were suppose to start late last year(Cartel Behaviour). Jason Ellis a former senior manager pleaded guilty for attempting to influence witnesses awhile ago however the company was still being investigated. I wonder whether there is going to be an announcement soon and that is why the share price is tanking. I can't think of any other reason apart from traders freeing up cash to but extra BHP shares once the extra 2billion shares hit the market at the end of the month.
