@gregbris, the IP they transferred would been of zero interest to anyone else other than that European Fab.It was commissioned work specific to them. The IP is specific to their chips alone. BLG also said that revenues would flow from the fabs chip sales but could not tell the market how much and that the fab remained a customer.
