That sounds like they will have full facilities to produce from the new Silicon Valley Fab. Setting up new production capabilities could take 6 months. Hopefully, the existing lab already has the plumbing/electrical required to run such beasts.
I suspect GANWorks equipment is second hand hence the price tag.
