    The way I see it, taking salary as 50% shares helps preserve liquidity now.
    The directors are taking a risk that the shares will not have fallen in value by the due date.
    If the shares increase in value, all SHs who participate in the CR benefit. In fact all SHs benefit if the SP increases.
