I also watched on the sidelines for years and once upon a time was invested. This got my attention again a couple of weeks back from a technical perspective after that first run retraced and I bought in as it looked like the chart was bottoming and this commissioning news was due plus US facility news.
Their 17th June announcement still states "remains on track to deliver product revenue was in early CY2021. Nothing on when CF + to my knowledge but they've just raised and placed the shortfall for about $5m to $6m and I think if this commissioning and testing continues as planned there will be players in the industry sitting up and taking notice now. I'm confident its this type of event that potential business partners would have been waiting for. I expect partnership deals/revenue announcements to follow now within 3 to 6 months. I bought in for at least a 12 month hold.
I have not seen independent broker research nor a SWOT, but TBH, I've got in based on charts, supplemented by what fundamental info has recently been released.
