A good move, especially after the Lumileds 2 year collaboration that amounted to zip to date.
Nice to see that there is no exclusivity agreement.
Collaboration is not a commitment to production other than what they will be doing at Silver water so I don't think there will be a big lift in for shareholders in the short term. That will take signed contracts that generate strong income.
Opening up new horizons is a good move.
