    why would a company post in a public forum a list of reasons customers didn’t buy their product? or even that list of customers?

    And they’re not holding the conference to impress you, they obviously think that’s the best way to impress their future customers.

    I don’t know what commercial executive experience you have but I’m sure they do.
    What makes you so confident that they’re wrong?
