The price per share is a moot point.
If you held say 0.1% of the shares prior to the cap' raise, and you are prepared to support the company by partaking in the raise, then all you need to do is buy in 0.1% of the cap' raise target $amount in order to maintain your stake with no dilution.
No good whinging about your share being diluted if you sit on your hands while our company struggles to stay afloat.
You can't expect the same cut as your original investment when others are putting in extra and you don't.
