Yes laser sales are clearly not where they were meant to be, so far. BluGlass seems to be being paid more for research and development this FY.

    $5.37M R&D tax rebate 9 December
$2.9M CLAWS hub funding 14 November
$1.2M Uviquity Joint Development Agreement 22 October
$1.93M Payment for IP transfer to European wafer developer 4 July - developed from contract foundry services for this customer since January 2022

The first 3 above from https://bluglass.com/news/
The last about IP from https://bluglass.com/bluglass-secures-a1-93-million-payment-for-ip-transfer/

By my count that is $11.4M being paid essentially to do stuff that has not been done before, not including the $ paid for the EpiBlu Foundry work to develop the IP, but that was probably the previous FY.

I do wonder if the work for the wafer developer was contracted now if there would have been a MasterSupply Agreement in there too.

Am I correct in believing that at least some of the R&D tax rebate is for funds expended that have come in from other sources, e.g. last FY year from CLAWS to spend on R&D? And larger amounts from CLAWS and Uviquity this FY?
