Unfortunately these 2 statements contradict each other. The payment has not been secured, just contracted atm. Probably why the ASX got a bit hot and bothered. The fact remains this is a watershed moment for BLG. This company and its technology has the near future written all over it. Any shareholder who hasn't listened to the last 2 Shxxxcafe experts round table really is doing themselves a disservice.
Industry insiders want, need and are prepared to invest in Bluglass. At some point investors will too.

Another slip I noticed was the use of "acquisition" for what is a sale from BLG's perspective:
