I'd be pretty certain I'm not the only one who wants 3.7c and more before they sell. Yes a useful announcement comfortably before the offer closes would be just right, if it doesn't happen I go back to my strategy and mind set just before the extension. I'm comfortably green with no spare cash so selling for less doesn't make enough sense to me, winding up with fewer shares and options.
