no. I believe Its 1.3 cents or a 2.5% discount to average closing price on the days prior to close (whichever is lower). Plus the options attached if you take up the offer.
call me crazy but i bought in- dont want it to be like the wbt raise i left on the fridge and didnt buy in which would have made me a few houses.
