I've previously emailed questions in, not just for BluGlass Q&As, my experience is they get first cab off the rank. The last time I did that for BLG it seems the person who answered sought tech advice prior, only based on the way it was answered.
Maybe that will apply for finance stuff too if they didn't already know the answer.
I'm hoping for a clear, succinct answer to my questions.
