    Yes and no idea.

Some of my take aways, as I view them.....

CLAWS is good and generates income along the way. AE is more free form, with intent, very little overlap in engineering expertise but there is recognition of mutual benefit, both could do new things with the help or expertise of the other. I guess the comments apply more meat to the reason for the MOU.

"The MOU sets out the framework for collaboration, however, is not a definitive agreement withcommercial terms and timelines."
    From https://bluglass.com/bluglass-signs-mou-with-applied-energetics/

It seems Photonics West was not about announcing new stuff but about cultivating new sales leads from many new visitors, and the techs helped out when not otherwise engaged in attending others presos. I speculate that maybe CLAWS raised the profile, plus the vertical integration is now done. Companies already well established as suppliers approaching BLG about stuff they cannot do.

Those who dominate quantum computing (or was it sensing?) will go on to dominate AI - that general comment stood out to me. Quantum, I hear the word from Jim Haden often.
