Yes - it was pretty naive but I guess a group of "technical professionals" maybe forgiven for expecting some integrity in the world but it's a lesson learnt the hard way. Thankfully BLG's destiny is now in its own hands - they just need to produce the goods with unique products that address market needs. It also appears that Nichia treated Shuji Nakamura (the inventor of the GaN diode) in a pretty bad fashion also - now he is at Univ California, Santa Barbara on our team and developing the DFB laser. What goes around comes back around
