Although it is frustrating to see this company's SP so static and undervalued, I do believe our patience will eventually be rewarded.
If you watch the shareholder briefing, at around 35 min they give a brief overview on tunnel junctions. Their current suite of lasers are built using the industry standard MOCVD process and already have performance comparable with industry giants that have been in the business for decades, and these may well improve further. Once BLG has driven these lasers to the highest performance they can using MOCVD, they can improve them further by adding a TJ. Tunnel junctions promise to give a leapfrog in improvement to power conversion efficiency, and RPCVD is needed to make a tunnel junction. BLG are the only company that have that technology.
