What I can't understand is why they need to maximize efficiency of an MOCVD device before launching a RPCVD "dual n wave" device with a tunnel junction. It would appear logical to me that with the tunnel junction they could adready leapfrog the efficiency of current MOCVD devices. They could then go on to further improve efficiency and the frequency range.
What I can't understand is why they need to maximize efficiency...
