Excellent insight HT.
I for one would like to see BluGlass initiate a pipeline slide in their update presentations providing top line stats like number of existing customers, number of new customers in the qualification stage and how long since initial qualification order placed by verticals. The sort of data you could expect to see from a CRM such as salesforce.com. Perhaps even anticipated size of customer orders post qualification. Maybe this is asking too much but I have seen it work well at another tech saas listed company on the ASX(DRO)
Just looking for more detail.
