BLG still has to survive until it receives the $7.3mil. At least now with confirmation from the ATO, they are more likely to be able to get an urgent, additional loan from R&D Capital if required.
As I've said before, hopefully there has been lessons learned from this episode. You can have all the wonderful sounding opportunities in the world, but without 'cash in bank' to pay the bills, no business will survive.
Still a 'Hold' until confirmed receipt of funds.
