'selling out' was bluntly put. Perhaps to balance BLG's more rosy wording. BLG's JV partner has become a shareholder. Like you are a shareholder. A shareholder is less binding, and a lesser commitment.
BLG has been courting business for some time, without notable success; and while it is some comfort to me that major holders (according to BLG website) have not reduced their holdings, it would be more comforting that industry signed a few deals with BLG.
Still watching.
