Following is only my opinion , i could be wrong or right

Dml seems like same fate (mbn) lost too much with mbn, mbn loss stop me to buy dml , just hoping for long term , they would save something, if they go for TH then things would be over. Dml now seems only good trade,

I do not understand why management of companies like dml not able to see things before it happen, they getting pay very highly that they understand commodity cycle, liquidity issue unless business get mature, cost benefit analysis , i can understand they cannot be perfect but they cannot be wrong too much. Only two things comes in mind, either they do not care about shareholders, they want to milk shareholder business as long they can do or they are not competent for their job, anyone would like to say something. So small holders like me save some dollar in future by doing better analysis of companies.
