Not sure but this is only part of the Reflex offering. Boart Longyear and Imdex seem at loggerheads on a few patents. IMD won recent cases in North America and South Africa. Not sure how related these patents are but no doubt this recent decision will be appealed (unless they have alternatives in place already). The marker doesn't seem to be concerned.
