    I own DDH as well.

    If you haven't read their letter to shareholders on 1 03 2022 - worth a read - not sure how MSV at 50 cents isn't earnings accretive for them.

    i think DDH would like to pay cash - but MSV majority shareholders would only sell on a script basis - this may be the issue
