The way I see it is if the Balkans sale was not far away why not ask the cornerstone investor for a loan of between $2 and $5 million. Pay him back with the sale money and 10% on top for his help. Even $500,000 on the $5 mil is better than 15% of NR for $5 million.

If we got smacked on this announcement then god help us if there is no Togo and no $15 million. will we be selling another 15% in a years time,
The only other reason I can see for these terms is if the cornerstone investor is financing the mine into production. Or helping organize the financing.
Also remember NR is not final till the feasibility study says it is, so there is risk on his $5 million.
More than ever in my life I would like to be wrong.
