Everyone keeps going on about Togo not being done but if you had a choice between 1.5-2 bill tonnes of Coking and Thermal coal coming from a Democratic EU country with a rich history of coal production or 2 bill tonnes of Phosphate from a 3rd world corrupt country then which would it be..? I know my choice.
