    Amazing deal negoiated by the vendors unless its a 30k process to pump up the price for a CR. The land was pegged a couple of weeks after the WA1 discovery hole was announced - well done vendors.

    Agree with @Undaunted seems a bit strange they haven't mentioned any geological / geophysical evidence for the presence of niobium or anything else for that matter.
