Hmmm.... maybe the detail is somewhere else in a COE document, but this is very light on specifics.
I mean for nearly $200m you'd want to have say, a high level timeline to "inform/educate" the great unwashed (ie. shareholders).
Seems like a low bar to secure Perf. Rights in COE.
