Thats ironic! When this was touted as a potential hurdle, the zealots lost their minds.

But funding under this scenario would be government sensitive. But government funds are going to critical minerals, not non critical minerals like lead. So I guess that rules that out. That leaves it up to private equity and shareholders to front the bill. How will that be apportioned I wonder. Shareholders will be heavily diluted.
