We still do not know whether Regal has finished their selling. If they have, then we should break out. If not, then expect a slam down to 10c. The stacking of the buy side would suggest that someone is trying to make the market depth look stronger but what I can't understand is why stick the bids so low? They could dump 800K shares now @10c. From memory, late July, they still had over 10M shares to offload.
