Been looking at possibilities of WGX Qtrly results and thought I may look up some posts on HC. I haven't looked at for while. Started (and finishing) with this thread. Before that a couple of things I wish to comment on.

FirstlyTT, "A switch from RMS to WGX will be on the cards at some stage, but timing is these things can be very difficult." I think the time is past. Almost worth considering switching out WGX to some other goldie. SLR has been quoted a bit in this thread so have included in below comparisons. (I'm a tech dunce so excuse my format)


Start of CY 2023 RMS--SP=93c--EOYSP=1.685.--CurrentSP=1.86--CurrentMC=$2120m--MC at25Feb=$2050m
Start of CY 2023 SLR--SP=1.185--EOYSP=1.19.--CurrentSP=1.24--CurrentMC=$1160m--MC at25Feb=$950m
Start of CY 2023 WGX--SP=.875c--EOYSP=2.18.--CurrentSP=2.62--CurrentMC=$1240m--MC at25Feb=$880m.

I'll let you work out %. But as you can see, the earlier you had changed from RMS to WGX the better.

Now Wassa went on about grades. After all, 'Grade is King". But it's absolutely useless comparing grades without comparing MC. So yes, RMS and SLR and others have better grades, but you have to consider MC in tandem. And many other things as well. (Otherwise we'd all buy BGL or similar).The MC on 25Feb (day of Wassa post) were given as a reference above. And when you look at EV on that date the prices are even more pronounced. RMS, at that time had an EV of $1768m v WGX's of $636. In other words, nearly tripled. Really makes me wonder about Wassa's negativity.

So, my qtrly expectations. 58kozs, AISC of $2250/oz. Gold price received= $3160/oz. Cash flow of $54m and Cash eq to be $262m.

Now WGX make a liar out of me. BTW remember at this price $2500oz/month will be capped at $3340/oz
