Isn't nameplate capacity 226,000t ( yes and it sounds like no problem getting there )
Plus upgrades and also in this section this is where all the bottle necks are streamlined in the production process.
So after plant upgrade's and process optimisation what % would you expect 10-30%
With all the homework and capital invested into NAL ( with this team ) i would expect a lot higher then this % rate.
Just my option of course.
