well its no secret that CE plans on creating a giant copper super hub in the region by acquiring all the neighbouring copper prospective land parcels and getting us to Tier1 status / 150ktpa.
If you re-listen to the recent grizzle podcast, you can get a sense of the grander plans of creating a super water utility business which will act as the enabler for development of mines up in the Andes (Linton/Teck/Newmont) etc..and HCH’s plans are like the blueprint of what the chilean govt wants anyway.
Ofcource due to obvious reasons these things cannot be disclosed to the market before they happen.. hence the wait / silence etc..
