Bryce Crocker:

"We need partners".

"We've had strong inbound interest on each of the assets".

"Working with bankers in the next six months to determine the appropriate mix between those offers that have come in".

"Do I believe we'll own 100% of the assets? Absolutely not. It's certainly conceivable that we'll continue to own 100% of one or two or more, or one or two".

His words - verbatim.

Six months on & what do we have?

Squat.

Sleepwalking to VA.

I asked Bryce what he is actually doing to generate value for shareholders.

He ignored me.

I told him that I expected a reply as a long-standing & loyal shareholder.

He ignored me.

I tried calling Peter Johnston. He won't take my call. And he has also ignored my emails.

I've stuck fat for five years & supported them when they made every management mistake in the book.

I won't, however, accept their contemptible attitude towards shareholders any longer.

It's my mission now to see Bryce (and Johnston) removed. They have both been abject failures.

Both need to go. And pronto.
