There are hardly any good companies to buy at current market but BMT is definitely one of the solid long term investment though I wanted the price to drop to 20 cent from this market correction from our bunch of no-idea sellers. Then comes this great news that really spoiled my joy looking at the crushing share price.
For the value investors, this contract is worth about A$2 mil a year at current exchange rate. That’s organic growth of about 30% on last quarter earnings and about 70% growth of last same quarter earnings. Remember they are sticky contracts and BMT has extremely strong customer retention rate. Now we will see more contracts to come in from Europe and US in due course as was announced from last meeting, so we will see a great jump in revenue with the new acquisition from last year.
anyone one want to do the profit margin on the new contact? It should be fun.
