With a shell comes management cash burn and the potential of a consolidation/crunch. I sold my remaining holding today and took the loss/future tax offset. Oil & gas, iron ore and other metals aren't getting much love at the moment. Maybe biotech will again become the market darling in 2015. Increased my other bio holding (paa) as they're weeks away from releasing 2b canine & human results.
