Aura Group founded by John Kolenda who has other links in the real estate industry in Australia. Somers/RMC and Aura Group/Kolenda/ BBC are close. Firstmac tried to buyout BBC / Goldfields Money got rejected by APRA. RMC/ Somers will eventually acquire BBC. The notice most likely doesn't related to RMC not their style but it feels like a signal to the market: not happening unless you fork out big time....
