Looks like the Director loan to MAT does not include MAT's BNR shares as security to the loan that may have had issues for Director disclosure for the additional BNR shares and possible takeover provisions thresholds been exceeded. Good outcome for MAT not been restricted with any security lender issues and Director transparency.
