As Mr Gold Jim Sinclair rightly pointed out in 2003 the bull market in Gold is not about the individual buying but sovereign states and central banks , we see this with Russia, China , the Arab states, India the Brics countries understand the future and how to protect their wealth and they are all reducing their US dollar holdings part political and part financially strategic .
