TER holds some of the great projects and as everything moving in positive direction and flow of the announcement continues this could make another AGO type re-rate in terms of MC and yes depends on the growing revenue from short to long term TER might valued over $500m - $1b or even more (All depends on futurs of commodity prices & TER capicity to generate higher cashflow.
But the fact of today is: IT'S radiculously cheap under 100m MC.
