Was looking at all the coal projects we have in Queensland and the distances they are from our Blair Athol coal mine and associated infrastructure which is included in the acquisition (basically everything needed to operate a coal mine) and I can see how strategic this acquisition is for terracom.
The Springsure project is roughly 170km away and imo can utilise heavy haulage transport to processing plant at Blair Athol. The other projects are around the same distances I believe.
Hence why they said in the last announcement...
"TerraCom will relocate its Corporate Office to Clermont utilising the excellent office facilities included as part of the acquisition." of Blair Athol coal mine.
I'm happy with my holding and will accumulate. This is BIG!
