the pick up location for shipping i think is a non negotiable.. there's only one option, there is only one port.. and its been secured as of today.
whoever wins the offtake doesnt really matter the supply chain is the same.
We can stay on the assuption of bearing of cost until proven otherwise.. thats something that will remain as an uplift to shareprice upon completion of tender(s) of offtake.
In a big picture.. if you think of a middle ground being found between supplier / customer.. there is probably a marginal swing of 5 or 10%.. not a lot really.. the bigger lift to our SP will be the debt funding minimising or completely negating CR which will have a much bigger impact on the long term SP prospects
We can sit here guessing all day what the terms will be.. i'd rather just settle on a range of valuations.. and as the i's get dotted and the t's get crossed you can narrow in on what that fair valuation might be. whether is a 5x 10x or 20x from here.. at the moment to my mind we have substantial upside no matter the finer points.
